Frequently Asked Questions

I am primarily in the beautiful areas of Sarasota (home), Fort Myers, and Tampa Bay Florida. However, I am more than happy to meet you anywhere throughout the state with prior notice. I am also available for FMTY ✈️ across Florida and the globe…… I go where my lovers request… 

• I do not maintain an InCall space if you desire me to make accommodations in my name there will be a +$100 fee added to your deposit to partially subsidize my hosting costs. I will cover the remainder..
• If I am “touring” or have advertised already hosting there is no fee..
• Keep in mind I do NOT offer One (1) hour InCall visits..
• Hosting is best planned ahead by a day or longer. 

•    OutCalls are my favorite and preferred
• 1 - 2 hours from Sarasota, there will be a travel fee of an additional $50, with a minimum session requirement of 1.5 hours
• 2 -3 hours from Sarasota, there will be a travel fee of an additional + $100, with a 2 hour minimum session requirement. 
• 4 + hours from SRQ is FMTY (Fly Me To You) or TMTY (Train Me To You)

Friends 2 + hours away from Sarasota I require a day or longer notice. As I have to adjust my civi work schedule.  No Need To Ask If I Come To X City! 

I'm available throughout Florida..

• FMTY (Fly Me To You)  2 + hour minimum date time, a minimum a weeks notice is appreciated + $300 travel fee.
• Expense costs are required to secure this type of date..  Expenses include but aren’t limited too:
• Roundtrip airfare fees , hotel accommodations if needed, Uber/Lyft costs..  To protect my privacy, I will book my own plane/train ticket.
• 50% Deposit Required

• Local or When Touring:  25% deposit of the consideration is required for all meetings
• InCall Fee +$100 Due In FULL along with your 25% deposit when requesting me to host.  
• The remainder of the consideration is due in CASH!!!!!! Unless we have agreed upon previous to our meeting.  If you have not discussed this with me and show up without cash this will be + $100)

Please understand that I plan in advance, and when I schedule a time with you, I have planned my day and week around it, and may have also turned down other opportunities so that we can meet. As such, please honor my cancellation fees to ensure smooth booking

Cancellation Fees

• More than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the total consideration
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the total consideration
• Multiple cancellations will affect my ability to fit you into my schedule in the future.
• In-Call fees are non-refundable.  I apologize, but rooms in Florida are expensive, and I only charge a fraction of the cost..
  FMTY (Fly Me To You) Cancellation Fees
• One week or more in advance - Your deposit will suffice as the cancellation fee.
• Within one week - 100% cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling within the same tour is an option if I have the availability - please reach out with as much notice as possible and I will happily accommodate if I am able.

If I have to cancel or reschedule on my end (extremely unlikely), I will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible and of course return any deposits immediately.

• No couples no ladies! Don't ask!
• Do not mention the consideration or details by phone, e-mail, text message or in person. This will end any communication and end our time…
• Whether we share a meal, go to the beach, a hike, mountain biking, enjoy “our time”, or just stay at your hotel it’s considered part of our time together. The investment is for my time only, unrelated to how we may spend it.
• Anything we do and anything you share with me shall be kept private. Do not discuss me with other providers or your buddies. I give you the same respect in return. I have decided to remove ALL reviews despite being fantastic as of August of 2023. Just not private or ideal…
• I do NOT smoke, please refrain from smoking if you are a smoker prior to our meeting. This includes vaping.
• Please refrain from strongly-scented colognes/aftershaves as these tend to linger and I have allergies.
• If you are sick do not book with with me. I thought this was just commonsense but it seems I need to reiterate this. I have a loved one I am around that is 75 + and immune compromised as well as I have respiratory issues and will not risk getting sick. I have been blessed to NOT catch covid and not been sick in over 6 years.. I’d like to keep it this way….

• 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• If you desire time outside of my availability there will be a after hours fee (+$100) and minimum preferred 2 + hour session. NOT TO START PAST 10:00 PM… I do NOT start prior to 7:00 am
• I am unable to offer same-day InCalls its nearly impossible for me to arrange something Same-Day to host. OutCalls can be possible with several hours' notice but not always possible. 
• If you truly desire same day inCall this will implement a + $100 same-day rush fee + the $100 InCall fee..
